1. FAQ - Discussed Custom FAQ and use for FAQ and Help Desk for Distance Education. Nick M. in IT has stated that he could program the same "knowledge base" creation which is the function of Custom FAQ. WLAC uses Custom FAQ. It would cost us $60 per license and $300 for 5 licenses per month, for a total of $3,600 per year.

2.  Help Desk - Discussed current support for online students. Title V does provide an online tutor for our online students. This position needs to be institutionalized, and planned into the college budget process.

3.  SARS - this system is working, and we need to email Carlos Garcia and Maury to pull together the online students for Winter and Spring 2009, and the DE Committee needs to craft a phone message out to our online students.
