8. Develop guidelines for new online classes - which classes are good, and not so good for online, or hybrid

Work on developing equivalent services for our online students for Student Services, Counseling, EOPS, DSPS, Financial Aid, Library, LRC, Tutoring, Library Data bases, etc. - discuss phplivechat we are currently using for our lamission.edu/online page and how that could be implemented in each unit for our online and even on campus students.
