Minutes of 3-14-08

1. Discussed that Title V CET will get trained in Etudes NG, and Course Compass and will act as a student tutor for any students who are using moodle, etudes ng, or coursecompass

2. Discussed the CMS Training and certification process. Paul will prepare rough draft of a new policy that certification is to include a review and approval also of the shell for each new class even when a faculty member has been certified.

3. Faculty can now post a syllabus at http://lamission.edu/directories and the Technology and Staff Development Committee, through David Jordan and Curtis Stage will hold some trainings for faculty on this new system. There are some great tutorials prepared by Nick Minassian at http://lamission.edu/it/web.aspx

4. Discussion about the online Seniorty List. This needs to be clarified. Paul and David to discuss this at the next DDE meeting.
