here are some steps:

1. what is the name of the class

2. set up a wiki with the name of the class in it - set it up under pbwiki.com

3. start putting up assignments, quizzes, syllabus, course objectives, etc.

4. the class needs to be done under etudes - so look at materials under http://etudes.pbwiki.com and also http://missionetudes.pbwiki.com

5. the course outline needs to be taken to curriculum committee first - see http://lamission.edu/curriculum for the PNCR forms, download those, and look at the deadlines for submission so you can make the deadlines for Fall 2007.
